For over 25 years David has led construction and development teams delivering projects in mixed use, hotel, residential, commercial, healthcare, airport and telecommunications sectors.

David has overall responsibility for the delivery of all North Point Global projects.

Lee Spencer – CEO / CFO

Lee is NPG’s chief executive whose main responsibilities include developing and implementing high level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing overall operations and resources.

Lee is also responsible for all tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting financial need.

Antonio Garcia – Development Director

As development director Antonio is responsible for overseeing many aspects of the development process, in particular statutory authority compliance, political relations and design quality. Antonio is also tasked with unlocking additional value from land and property, over and above the existing value.

Craig Griffiths – Finance Director

Craig works closely with the CFO and is responsible for all business accounting, company finances and commercial awareness, advising on strategic financial management and its implementation.

Simon Clarke – Sales Director

Simon has over 20 years experience in the Uk & International property market incorporating Europe & the UAE and has an in-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle whilst also implementing & developing agency networks and most importantly always puts the customer first.

Pablo Garcia – International Operations

Pablo Garcia – International Operations

Pablo is responsible for developing, managing and implementing overseas sales. Working closely with international sales agents, in particular HKH, Pablo is the NPG overseas representative, whilst procuring and vetting potential new international agents. Pablo reports to the board with monthly overseas sales statistics.

Julie Bruffell - Sales Administration

Julie is responsible for all sales progression administrative tasks, primarily updating sales data into the relevant systems and coordinating with the legal teams.
