This will be a key component in the delivery of outstanding living, creative and display space in Liverpool’s Baltic District. Its signature feature will be a new gallery in which will be displayed works by the acclaimed street artist Banksy, making it a unique residential development in the city. The works have been acquired by North Point Global and include iconic pieces created in Liverpool.
North Point Global are also creating 125 apartments situated over workshop spaces for new creative businesses to grow and flourish in what is the second phase of the overall Gallery Plus development on Norfolk Street.
